As a Senior Manager on the Business Controls Testing (BCT) team within the Enterprise Services Core Risk Controls Governance & Testing (CGT) team, you will partner across Enterprise Services, Risk Management Partners, and Business Units to develop and support best-in-class industry risk solutions in a manner that supports innovation and protects our customers, shareholders, and associates. As a member of the 1st line controls testing team, you will collaborate with other 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line teams to monitor and test processes and control environments, report results, and evaluate compliance with requirements and regulations for the Business Risk organizations within Enterprise Services. Your contributions will drive insight into risk and control performance, and organizational change through risk identification, measurement, analysis and reporting to enable better management of business and technology risks in an open and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in process maturity and platform technologies, as well as a clear understanding of requirements, controls, and testing methodologies.
In this role you will:
Lead and manage a team of control testers to design/execute test plans, identify process and control gaps, and compose clear and concise findings to document shortcomings across enterprise product and platform domains
Oversee the planning, execution, and documentation of control testing activities aligned with regulatory, risk management, and compliance requirements
Review and validate control testing results, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency with testing methodology requirements
Identify control weaknesses or gaps and partner to facilitate timely remediation in collaboration with control owners and other stakeholders
Communicate results and provide recommendations that strengthen processes and controls
Monitor and report testing metrics and program status to senior leadership, providing awareness and helping to inform decision-making
Partner across lines of defense to ensure alignment on control objectives, test results, and findings
Provide subject matter expertise on control design, operational effectiveness, and risk mitigation strategies across complex technology environments
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and control rationalization
Coach and develop team members, supporting career development within the control testing function and fostering a high-performance culture
Assist and drive project and program delivery, including project and process management, reporting, facilitation of senior leadership meetings, drafting and reviewing materials for senior management and the Board of directors, and other governance activities.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Process Management, Project Management, or a combination of these
At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external business clients
At least 7 years of experience in Audit or IT Risk Management
At least 7 years of People Management experience
At least 7 years of experience in testing business and technical controls in financial institutions or combination of both
At least 7 years of experience consulting with senior executives or strategy building
At least 1 year of experience in controls development, controls management, and reporting activities
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
Risk Certifications (CRISC, CISA, CISSP, CRCM, CIPP, ABA Risk Management Certification)
At least 6 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal stakeholders

Responsible for managing the P&L for their specific business unit(s). Serves directly as coordinator between internal departments to include Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and any other departments. Accountable for the management and development of a strong sales and marketing business unit team. Controls functions relative to the business unit to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives.
The Business Unit Manager focuses on details of value creation (e.g. value-based pricing), continual cost improvement (e.g. Productivity), and identifying profitable new business opportunities. Guides a team of sales personnel, engineers and manufacturing personnel to create real value for the business.
This position has growth potential upward to senior level management positions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for P&L of assigned business unit.
Develops and implements the OEM and Aftermarket sales strategy, implementation plan, coordination and monitoring for the business unit.
Researches, analyzes, and monitors trends to forecast future demand, so that market opportunities may be capitalized.
Prepares sales forecasts and monitors the sales team's performance in achieving the defined sales goals for new and existing business.
Prepares annual Sales and Business Plan, tracking and accountability for actual assigned business unit.
Promotes and sells the business unit's existing and new products through interface with customers, division sales representatives and independent representatives. Develops selling prices consistent with customer perceived value and Company guidelines.
Expands the existing and new products market share. Maintains a pipeline of new products/projects in support of business unit growth plans.
Participates in management reviews of the business unit's overall performance.
Sets priorities and serves as contact between Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing on new and existing business unit projects. Follows through, during the initial stages of the product's manufacturing.
Prepares written proposals in support of business unit bookings, yearly income/bookings plan which support Company goals, and monthly activity reports on business unit performance, sales activity, and key metrics.
Maintains proper utilization of time and territory management. Provides travel plans to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing - on a 90-day rolling basis. Manages travel expenses in accordance with plan or forecast.
Complies with and conducts business in accordance with the letter, spirit, and intent of all relevant laws and regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions; wherefore, refrains from any illegal, dishonest, unethical conduct. Maintains communications with all employees, vendors, customers and others in a cooperative and professional manner, while treating them in with dignity, respect and courtesy.

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS, and/or EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Marketing field, or closely related discipline; MBA preferred.
Work Experience: Five (5) or more years of applied Sales Engineer/Management experience in the aerospace/aviation industries.
Or, equivalent level of demonstrated knowledge acquired through experience and/or other training.
In addition this position requires:
Knowledgeable of features, technical aspects, benefits and use of the business unit, and complete knowledge of selling techniques and ability to close sales.
Strong background in forecasting business and industry trends.
Experience supporting bids and proposals and managing multiple customer projects concurrently.
Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Windows interface, Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), database systems, and working knowledge of ERP software.
Excellent analytical, contract management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
Preferred experience with government contracting requirements, such as FAR, DFAR, ITAR, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
Execute key initiatives, including marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
