Join local trade associations and participate in tradeshows and events when applicable. Provides coaching and counseling to jet technicians and commercial field supervisors who are not meeting published production goals. Establishes performance improvement goals. Oversees scheduling of jet techs and commercial field supervisor to ensure there is adequate manpower coverage to complete all required work. Develop relationships with customers to build customer loyalty. Requirements Highschool diploma or equivalent At least 5 years of sales and management experience. Commercial Sales experience with proven year-over-year record of successful development and growth of a territory. Must posess sound problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
