This role requires excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and a strong sense of ownership to ensure the solutions meet business needs, are continuously improved, and deliver maximum value. **Responsibilities** Solution Ownership & Strategy + Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for assigned finance IT solutions, aligning with overall business objectives and IT strategy + Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the assigned IT solutions + Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement + Manage the entire lifecycle of the solution, from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and eventual retirement + Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and value of the solutions Project Delivery + Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT solution delivery for finance transformation projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery + Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies + Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines + Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, implement mitigation plan and corrective actions + Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards Team Leadership & Management + Manage a mixed team of onshore and offshore resources, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback + Effectively manage external consultants, ensuring their work aligns with solution goals and quality standards + Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment + Manage staff augmentation and implementation partner Statement of Work (SOW), ensuring deliverables are met and within budget Stakeholder Management + Serve as the primary point of contact for IT solution-related matters for finance transformation projects + Communicate solution status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner + Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution requirements, priorities, and success criteria + Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the solution lifecycle + Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders Business Process Knowledge + Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance business processes, particularly in the areas of invoice to cash and procure to pay + Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions + Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology solutions + Ensure solutions are aligned with and support optimal business processes Technical Expertise + Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions for finance transformation projects + Provide technical guidance and support to the project team + Ensure the quality, security, and integrity of IT solutions + Understand and contribute to the overall solution architecture Service Management + Oversee the ongoing support and maintenance of the solutions, ensuring high availability and performance + Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure they are met + Manage vendor relationships related to the solutions **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred + 8+ years of experience in IT project management or solution ownership, with a focus on finance transformation projects preferred + Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects with budgets exceeding $2M + In-depth knowledge of invoice to cash and procure to pay business processes + Experience in implementing SaaS solution integration with SAP is required + Experience with SAP Ariba implementation is highly preferred + Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA is preferred + PMP certification is desired + Experience managing both onshore and offshore resources, as well as external consultants + Experience managing staff augmentation and implementation partner Statements of Work (SOWs) + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Anticipated salary range:** $123,400 - $176,300 **Bonus eligible:** Yes **Benefits:** Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being. + Medical, dental and vision coverage + Paid time off plan + Health savings account (HSA) + 401k savings plan + Access to wages before pay day with my FlexPay + Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) + Short- and long-term disability coverage + Work-Life resources + Paid parental leave + Healthy lifestyle programs **Application window anticipated to close:** 12/21/2025 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.
