Specialized Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field-Master's preferred. Proven experience as a Senior HR Leader (VP/Head of People, Chief People Officer, or equivalent) in a high-growth, B2B SaaS or technology company. Proven experience building and scaling HR functions from scratch in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Deep knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices for a global workforce.
