The Fair Banking Compliance team is seeking an experienced compliance professional to assist with complaint oversight and governance activities related to high-risk complex complaints from all areas of the Bank. This includes examining complaint data for the identification of potential violations of fair lending, Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices ("UDAAP"), and consumer compliance laws, rules, or regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fair lending, UDAAP and ABC regulations (FHA, Reg. Z, V/FCRA, B/ECOA, E, SCRA, MLA, etc.), ability to assess regulatory risks associated with business line processes and can work independently in a team environment.
