SAIC is seeking an **FMS New Business Technical Planner** to provide acquisition support on Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs within PMA 299, H-60 Multi-Mission helicopter's Program Office at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will provide support to the FMS team in the development of FMS Cases by coordinating the collection and presentation of technical information relevant to the customer requests.
+ Review of questions or requests from potential FMS customers to determine the possible response options based on the existing FMS case and domestic technical guidance.
+ Develop documentation or briefs in response to potential FMS customers that documents the technical options that are releasable and feasible to meet the customer's needs.
+ Support the development of additional documentation throughout the process of reaching a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the potential customer. Will include both technical engineering and programmatic cost and schedule information.
+ Coordination with PMA 299 Foreign Disclosure team to ensure documentation is accurate and reviewed for releasability within reasonable timelines.
