* Enters insurance authorizations.

* Sorts and distributes incoming mail.

* Mails out Satisfaction Survey’s and No Show letters.

* Sorts, verifies, scans and files all paperwork pertaining to the patient, into their electronic chart.

* Sorts all incoming faxes, and faxes out all documentation that requires a physician’s signature.
