The Business Risk Advisory - Program Manager will play an important role on this team, responsible for developing and maintaining the annual process & control review plan. Seeking professionals with 9+ years of experience in operational risk, compliance or audit with a focus on risk assessment and control design.

As Business Risk Advisory - Program Manager, you will:

Develop annual process & control review plan based on business priorities and inputs from Compliance and Risk partners Recommend adjustments to the plan based on changes in the business and emerging risks. Maintain deep subject matter knowledge related to business line activities/ industry, regulatory, and technology risks and efficiently and effectively apply applicable new developments in reviews Schedule, oversee and deliver process and control reviews, including resource management, planning assignments, and providing overall direction to the team Draft, review, finalize and communicate process & control deliverables For more complex review topics, lead and/or perform end to end process and control reviews to assess the design of controls Document and communicate results of reviews, including issues and recommendations, to process owners and senior management Plan and supervise execution of annual controls certification program Develop and maintain risk and controls data strategy Establish positive relationships with key functional teams and leaders within first line of defense business lines.
