This position supports AES internal partners in redefining the existing operational processes. This means that the person selected will work closely with Business Leaders and Digital Teams to strengthen collaboration and drive a culture of creativity, innovation, and shared ownership across the business and digital teams so that comprehensive, innovative, and value-driven strategies are created and delivered the intended business value results.
Responsibilities
:

Work with Business Leaders to select Digital technologies that support business objectives and build Digital Roadmaps for Asset management and Engineering and Construction. Develop deep knowledge of these operational functions and build both horizontal and vertical relationships with Business and Digital Leaders. Actively work with Business Leaders to capture business requirements in their function that will advance business performance. Act as the principal technology advisor to the asset management and engineering and constructions teams; and, a champion for identifying, leading, and driving digital transformation. Encouraging relationships and working collaboratively with enterprise architects, data scientists and software providers to develop technology enablement business capability roadmaps. Ensure program/project managers and other resources assigned to projects are knowledgeable about the business, operations, and objectives. Report on business value results of technology related projects; measure and communicate business value results on a regular basis.



Qualifications:


Proven ability in operational technologies Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics is required Strong influencing, leadership and communication skills, including facilitation, collaboration and negotiation Proven record to lead and resolve sophisticated and sometime ambiguous technical issues with critical and creative thinking Utilities or Energy experience a plus Strong analytical attitude with understanding of AI/ML principals

The Senior IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) works with key business partners across The Hain Celestial Group seeking to stimulate, surface, and shape demand for capabilities and solutions forming IT's business-aligned roadmap. This individual ensures that the potential business value from those capabilities and assets are captured, optimized, and recognized in partnership with other IT teams. Acts as an internal business consultant by recommending strategic projects that bring business value. Also, provides technical expertise regarding project design, architecture, design, implementation, best practices, and support.As a Senior Manager, they should also act as a mentor to other BRM Team members and BRM process expert.

The incumbent must be able to communicate technical roadmaps, strategies, capabilities, solutions and trends with portfolio leaders and IT Teams, in a form and level that each audience can consume. Must be able to create clear, concise presentations in PowerPoint.

Through effective relationship management, contributes to IT direction by actively partnering with business stakeholders to determine strategic technology direction. They work to identify ways in which they can support and advance business objectives. Additionally, helps shape business demand by partnering with business and IT resources to facilitate the creation of business cases and value plans and ensuring value optimization and communication across teams. Qualifications



Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 7 years' experience in systems solution design, integration, or development. 7+ years Managing project Portfolio for application specialty (Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, etc.) 5+ years managing team performance Functional and system experience for the Portfolio being managed. Compliance: internal and external audit, Sarbanes-Oxley. Well versed in systems integration, including Cloud platforms.



Supervisory Responsibilities:



Responsible for management of Portfolio specific Business System Analysts. This includes management of performance, goals as well as day to day tasks. Management of additional contract resources as needed.



Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:



Bachelor's degree in IT and/or Supply Chain system management or equivalent In-depth understanding of business transactions including order to cash cycle, purchase to pay cycle and manufacturing.
