About this role:

Currently, we seek to hire a Small Business Sales for our NY Office that will interact with our robust network of small businesses and partnerships such as Paychex, Start-up America, CPA's, business brokers and other referral partners.


On-Site ONLY *No Remote*


Responsibilities:

Taking in-house generated leads of business owners who desire financing.

Must update in real-time the Sales Team - CRM with notes and comments related to the client’s funding needs.

Interfacing with small business owners to assess their financing requirements and recommend available financing solutions.

Gather information and lead each prospective client from pre-qualification to closing.

Demonstrate an ability to simultaneously 'close the deal' while satisfying customer expectations.

Meet crucial deadlines, daily, weekly, and monthly Sales individual & team goals.

Must adhere to underwriting process, funding procedures, and loan & compliance policies.

Communicate and follow-up with clients within 1 hour of receiving qualified leads from CRM.


Requirements/Key Attributes:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

1-2 years of sales experience in banking, financial sales, equipment leasing, factoring, merchant cash advance or mortgage sales.

Track record in a sales environment with strong relationships building skills.

Demonstrated ability for problem-solving and determining viable solutions for customers.

Have an innate ability to build rapport and develop trust quickly with business owners.
