* BA or BS in a technical discipline, advanced degree strongly preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing enterprise systems, with minimum 3 years in architect roles with demonstrable growth in scope and complexity of the roles filled.
* Strong experience as a technical solutions architect delivering large-scale enterprise technology services that solve specific needs, with focus on composing these solutions from a variety of existing technology services and applications.
* Able to work across many technical domains to design the technology landscape to meet various business needs.
* Experience working with cloud-based Iaas, PaaS, and SaaS platforms in a variety of technical and business domains.
* Experience in agile software engineering methods, specifically providing architecture leadership as part of an agile organization, as well as evangelizing the principles behind Minimum Viable Architecture.
* Driven collaborative mindset that will push through barriers in the face of ambiguous situations.
* Continuous learner, able to adapt quickly to new technologies in a challenging and high-growth environment.
