The candidate will engage directly with business partners to ensure early stakeholder involvement in business process transformation and redesign. What you'll be doing:

Interact with product, engineering & business teams to gather & analyze requirements for the SW & Services Monetization Program Operate as an expert to review business requirements, process designs, solution designs, and implementation. Develop Roadmaps for the SW & Services Monetization Program and align within IT and with the business Develop and maintain use cases, process diagrams and user functional flows. Work with internal and external development teams to create scalable and sustainable custom applications and enhancements to packaged applications Prepare and implement testing plans to ensure high quality results. Facilitate UAT testing and weekly/monthly deployment release cycles. Partner with IT Vendor Management Office in RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract renewals and negotiations. Create, review, and maintain high level project plan, detailed functional and technical design documents for functional areas.



What we need to see:


Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business 7 + years of implementation experience Deep experience in enabling Software/Services processes - SW Fulfillment, Licensing Mgmt, Entitlement Mgmt, SW Delivery, Renewal and Upgrade business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Background with large scale, multi-system integrations Experience engaging & working with application developers, content creators, infrastructure engineers and techops engineers to build custom applications to support enterprise customers Experience working on consumer driven & targeted initiatives. Background with order types, pricing, delivery processing, shipments, customer returns, and billing a plus Previous experience with sales master data and revenue recognition a plus Experience with SAP ERP and SFDC CRM enterprise solutions a plus.

Job Description:

Microchip is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications - Manufacturing Systems team. This core team provides regional and global support for enterprise systems including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics, along with support of current and future M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions).

This position requires a dynamic individual who can learn and adapt quickly to assimilate both business needs and technical requirements. You will have mentoring opportunities with both technical and business personnel to develop subject matter expertise in multiple business areas. You will interact closely with users to define new requirements as well as identify and resolve existing business problems. You will be part of a corporate team which collaborates with internal Enterprise Applications and Information Systems colleagues on projects in a support role and also with business users for providing enterprise solutions. You will have the opportunity to interface with our development and support teams in U.S. and Asia which may require adjusting your work schedule to accommodate early morning or evening meetings, along with potential opportunities for international travel. You will work in a team environment to make and support appropriate system decisions that fit our team's goals and culture.
