What you will be doing:
• Researching client needs, analyzing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specifications
• Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.
• Assessing available technologies and recommending solutions.

What you will need:
• Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems as well as application development.
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML).
• An understanding of appropriate application programming languages.
• A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.

Our client is seeking a Technical Business Consultant IV who will work with business leaders and acts as a liaison between IT and business units (typically leadership for assigned business units) or vendors.


Key Accountabilities:

• Partner with Technology Product Management, Architecture (Domain + Platform level), RTE, and Offer Strategy & Solutions (OSS) function on solution definition.
• Understand the business context through engagement with Tech Product Management, Business stakeholders and provide local direction to the team as an extension of this group.
• Develop the technical and functional understanding to promote and facilitate the product vision & strategy with all stakeholders (Sales Tech and external).
• Develop deep understanding of technical and functional architecture (current and target state).
• Drive the preparation of solution framework in partnership with Platform architect post requirement definition and achieve stakeholder buy-in.
• Create both functional and technical user stories which are in-line with requirement and solution finalized.
• Prepare Following artifacts: User stories & traceability to requirements, API interactions documentation with user interface & System APIs, Digital Workflows, System use cases and there mapping to capability matrix, Data Mapping Definitions, Sequence Diagrams, Call Flows, and Capability matrix of the System.
• Main APIs, explain them to their partners, and modify them.
• Work with development, solution design, and testing teams.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• 5 – 7 years’ experience.
• Strong understanding of Ecommerce platform and ability to provide options to meet business requirements and hurdles based on platforms capabilities.
• Flexibility to handle project scopes changes preferred.
• Understand APIs, digital workflows, and data mapping.
• Understands how the development team or system designer’s work.
• Has a strong understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers, and measures of success for the business, and the short- and long-term direction of the business and technology.
• Able to write user stories in both the technical and functional level.

Turnberry's Data & Insights service helps clients who seek visibility into company data, lack a single source of truth for accurate data, desire advanced analytics solutions, have data governance needs to ensure data quality, or have specific data challenges that may require an assessment, proof of concept, or custom solution not available in a typical out

of the box analytics methodology.

Works with business leaders and acts as a liaison between IT and business units typically leadership for assigned business units or vendors. Viewed as integral to the business in any decisions that may be impacted by technology. Acts as a business relationship manager responsible for the collection analysis review documentation and communication of business needs and requirements to the IT organization.

Responsibilities:

* Leads the gathering of business needs as well as the design of solutions through direct interaction with business unit leaders.
* Focuses on developing and improving business processes at all times assisting with the development of metrics both within the technology and business organizations.
* Has a strong understanding of information systems business processes the key drivers and measures of success for the business and the short- and long-term direction of the business and technology.
* Identifies proposes and influences business solutions negotiates deliverables and requirements across multiple business customers or organizations.
* Ensures that the design and integration of proposed system software and hardware solutions leads to the development and growth of the business through effective use of technology.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
* At least 8 years of relevant technical and business work experience.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
