Practice Transformation Consultant.
In this role you will serve as a process management and improvement consultant to the ambulatory clinic operations for Cottage Health. The focus of the position is to research and analyze complex issues surrounding clinic, operational and business process workflows within diverse clinic settings. Additional highlights of the role include:
- Develops strategies for infrastructure level recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency, and practices within clinic operations.
- Assists in the setup of new clinics and services as well as oversees the transition of clinic workflows from affiliating practices as we migrate to a standard operating model.
- Facilitates workshops and change initiatives to simulate and test improvements and communicate changes and/or develop training to the impacted staff roles and functions.
- Functions independently to identify and analyze performance metrics and coordinates with clinic managers to align improvement strategies to the strategic and operational plans of the various ambulatory departments and clinics. Coordinates efforts with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, ITS, and other departments to assure operational processes align with larger system goals, processes, and initiatives.
