Your Responsibilities
As a Business Unit Leader in Greeneville TN, you will manage daily production activities of Weld, Paint, Attachments and Maintenance business unit to meet established safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and people goals. In addition, you will:
* Plan and implement new equipment acquisitions and insourcing/outsourcing projects.
* Manage physical assets and determine maintenance and replacement of equipment for the facility
