As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new Business Wire clients. Customer-focused verbal and written communications, multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills are a must to succeed in this role with a high level of client and prospect interaction. You will be a key liaison between the sales team, newsroom and clients.
What You Will Do
* Field incoming emails and phone calls from prospective and existing clients. This includes but is not limited to queries on pricing, billing/collection matters, general product information, and other related questions.
* Primary responsibility and contact for membership applications, account setup & transition to Sales Development Representative.
* As necessary, review inbound leads not related to membership applications and account setup and to determine the appropriate next step for routing.
* Collaborate with colleagues on specific client interactions, record activity in Salesforce, and ensure proper client follow up occurs as needed.
* Act as liaison between client, sales team, marketing and newsroom to ensure that client needs are met.
* Assist as needed with Business Wire office needs and events including media breakfasts and client visits and client lunch and learn events.
* Keeping current with public and investor relations industry trends.
* Work as a team member to provide outstanding customer service and support.

Event Ownership, Planning & Management:

Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts of event attendance, income and expenses.
Gather, compare & present price quotes for all event related expenses.
Select site, caterer, accessories, and other vendors.
Negotiate and sign contracts for services rendered.
Develop detailed timelines for each event.

Vendor & Sponsor Management:

Gather sponsor bios and company promos for event recognition.
Ensure sponsor deliverables are addressed throughout the event process.
Assist advertising team during sales process to ensure potential events are clearly communicated to meet the client's needs.
Provide creative recommendations for sponsors and on-site event activations.
Professional Development:
The Events Manager should participate in all applicable training offered by ACBJ and the business unit. In addition, individual is encouraged participate in at least one external training opportunity each year, as agreed upon with the Publisher.

About the team and the role:
The Traffic team is responsible for the reliability, performance, and security of network traffic across our edge and core infrastructure. We design and operate high-throughput, low-latency data paths, evolve our kernel and userspace networking stack, and build observability that powers real-time insight and rapid incident response. Our work spans L4/L7 load balancing, service mesh/data plane, packet processing, congestion control, routing, and traffic policy enforcement.
We are seeking an experienced engineer (10+ years) with deep expertise in the Linux kernel networking stack and production observability to lead design and implementation of high-performance data planes and visibility tooling. You will own system-critical components, influence architecture across teams, and mentor engineers while delivering measurable improvements to throughput, latency, and reliability.
What you will accomplish:
* Design, implement, and optimize kernel-level networking components (TCP/UDP, QUIC, congestion control, sockets, netfilter, XDP/AF_XDP, eBPF) for high-scale production environments
* Build and evolve data planes for L4/L7 traffic management, including load balancers, proxies, NAT, firewalling, rate limiting, and traffic shaping
* Develop robust observability for the networking stack: eBPF-based telemetry, tracing, packet capture, flow logs, performance counters, and SLO/SLA instrumentation
* Lead initiatives to reduce tail latency, improve throughput, and decrease resource utilization via kernel/userspace tuning, scheduling, NUMA/IRQ affinity, offloads, and memory management
* Architect and deploy scalable traffic systems across multi-region, multi-tenant environments with zero-downtime rollouts and rapid incident recovery
* Partner with SRE, Security, and Platform teams on traffic policy, DDoS mitigation, TLS/PKI, and compliance requirements
* Drive roadmap, technical strategy, and cross-functional execution; provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team
* Conduct rigorous benchmarking and capacity planning; define performance baselines and regression gates
* Own production health: participate in on-call rotations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action plans

Job Description
As the Business Operations & Culture Program Manager for the Chief of Staff office responsible for Search, Recommendations, and Services Engineering, you will assist in optimizing team success by operating programs across budgeting, staffing, execution, planning, and employee engagement. Additionally, you will coordinate activities to encourage team interaction. The role will work across teams to execute on organizational success.
What you will accomplish:
Support tracking and reporting of staffing levels, headcount targets, and hiring against target. Maintain accurate data and coordinate with hiring managers, finance, HR on recruiting forecasts and approvals.
Handle day-to-day expenses against budget across teams.
Work cross functionally to facilitate resource and product planning exercises as crafted by the global planning team.
Implement team organization programming including all-hands, educational events, culture, and team recognition including offsite logistics.
Work with the Design and Communication teams to build content and demos for executive-level and external presentations.
Capture and summarize feedback on team engagement activities and assist with the rollout of initiatives that improve team efficiency.
Coordinate planning and reporting activities, maintaining calendars, documentation, and progress updates for ongoing initiatives.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and help the team deliver results more optimally.
What you will bring:
5+ years of work experience preferred.
Prior experience in finance, marketing, or operations working with data and analytics.
Track record of managing process and organization to teams spanning data, reports to event management.
BS/BA degree required.
Proven experience in commerce/ retail, consumer goods or internet services a plus
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$104,400 - $139,400
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Description & Requirements Bloomberg's Americas News Desk is seeking a Web editor to help shape and showcase the biggest stories of the day for our growing online audience. As a member of the nerve center of the newsroom, you will be expected to perform a variety of roles: curate our global homepages, write sharp headlines, send speedy mobile alerts, help bring elements such as video and charts into our stories, and advocate for our digital subscribers. This role will be based on the West Coast and will be responsible for covering the later part of the US day.
We're looking for a self-starter with a passion for both breaking news and long-term enterprise; you will collaborate with reporters and editors to find creative and compelling ways to attract readers. You'll need a deep understanding of the trends and coverage areas that matter for our digital audience, as well as confidence collaborating with all teams across Bloomberg's newsroom and digital platforms. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires you to make split-second decisions, deal with input from various stakeholders across the organization, and pitch in across roles in a flexible manner.
We'll trust you to:
* Curate the various regional Bloomberg.com homepages on a daily basis, in line with Web readers' interests
* Send alerts on breaking news, including writing copy and identifying the right audience
* Provide guidance and feedback to other teams on optimizing coverage for an online audience
* Identify the best content for increasing digital subscriptions
* Advocate for readers' time and interests
* Be calm under pressure
* Be comfortable dealing directly with senior management
You'll need to have:
* A minimum of 5 recent years of experience covering business or financial markets
* Experience working at a real-time news service or publishing environment
* Experience working across multiple beats or regions is a plus
* A talent for looking beyond the obvious story
* Excellent news judgment and strong attention to detail
* Experience using visual media in news reporting, such as photo or video
* A collaborative spirit and a willingness to innovate and experiment
* Prior experience with SEO, AI and Google Analytics tools are a plus

Salary Range = 90000 - 125000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

eBay is seeking a talented and dynamic product marketer to drive buyer and seller growth for eBay Live. eBay Live is an interactive, live streaming experience that brings the excitement of live auctions to eBay. Shoppers can instantly shop unique and exclusive items they love, in live-streamed events hosted by their favorite influencers and sellers. Buyers on eBay Live experience a new exciting way to shop - watching curated live streams, chatting with sellers and other knowledgeable enthusiasts, bidding in live auctions and winning deals - all in real time, with the eBay community buyers and sellers trust.
This is an outstanding opportunity to become an integral part of the eBay marketing team working with the product teams to support one of eBay's top growth initiatives. This role will partner cross-functionally with product, build, research, marketing, communications, customer service, and market teams.
To be successful, you are an experienced Product Marketer with expertise in developing value propositions, positioning, and generating demand for products and tools, ideally in an ecommerce or marketplace setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with ecommerce and launching new products across global markets.
What you will accomplish:
* You oversee the product value proposition narrative and the market entry approach for eBay Live. Your role includes crafting messaging that promotes a positive shopping experience for buyers and success for sellers.
* You will take a comprehensive approach to go-to-market, ensuring customers get relevant and meaningful communications at the right time and place. These will include in-product, marketing, PR, market communities, sales, client support, and partner messaging.
* Influence product roadmaps by synthesizing market, customer and competitive insights, build audience segmentations and opportunity sizing.
* Develop customer feedback loops during the product and marketing development process to refine the product narrative and value proposition articulation.
* Develop product value propositions, narratives, customer messaging, naming and external facing proof points.
* Manage the go-to-market strategy and planning for product launches and then lead through channel experts to ensure execution and impact measurement. Track customer engagement, product adoption, and business success. Partner with channel experts across in-product content, marketing, PR communications, customer service, in-market teams, and sales channels to generate demand.
* Identify internal product market fit tracking metrics; synthesize customer feedback to provide signal amidst the noise across the product life cycle: development, launch, and optimization / expansion. Build up the value proposition employing the voice of the customer to optimize product marketing messaging and to advise on product recommendations.
* Define important measures for success, and track progress against goals for the product launches and in-market growth adoption of existing products or services.
What you will bring:
* 6+ years of experience in product marketing with at least 3 years leading company wide initiatives
* Strong track record of developing product and go-to-market strategies at ecommerce companies, with a consumer attitude.
* Preferred experience in live shopping
* Proven ability to drive innovation, implement projects with excellence
* Success working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills
* Strong data analysis skills and experience with customer research techniques
The applicable base pay range for this position is dependent on work location. The base pay range in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro and Seattle Metro is expected in the range below:
$151,200 - $201,900
The base pay range for all other U.S. work locations is expected in the range below:
$108,400 - $186,400
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
