At times it can be fulfilling help people get problems resolved. Really disheartening seeing how long of a process it is to get these things resolved though.
Communication is nonexistent, this is incredibly frustrating being the one who talks to the employees. You are the face of the company and not able to state key details because of a change to a service that was done a week ago that you can’t access any info about and were never told about.
