Properly breaks down trays and dirty dishes returned from guests rooms, restaurant and pool areas. Walks entire property periodically during shift in search of dirty trays/dishes. Follows up on guests orders making sure they are satisfied with their experience. Prepares and sets up condiments and garnishments in preparation for the meal period. Key Responsibilities: Remove dirty dishes and trash from tables and transport them to the dish station. Clean and reset tables, chairs, floors, and surrounding areas quickly and thoroughly. Pre-bus tables by removing unused items between courses. Reset tables with clean plates, silverware, and fresh condiments. Communicate with the Host/Hostess when tables are clean and ready to be sat. Assist ESPs (servers) with guest needs, refills, and table maintenance. Support the dining room during high-volume periods and help resolve bottlenecks. Back up other Front of House positions as needed to ensure smooth service. Qualifications Current Food Handler Certification (required). Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly throughout the dining room. Clean and break down station completely at end of night. Qualifications No previous lounge experience required Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests. Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop. Must be able to read English, write, and count. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours). Must be fast and agile.
