This job requires the Twin Peaks Busser to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized. THE UNIFORM * Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent. * Hair must be kept clean. All hair must be kept underneath the TP hat. * Clean shaven. Beards & mustaches are allowed, but must be maintained. * Fingernails must be kept trimmed. * Jewelry is not allowed to be worn in ears, face, around the neck or wrists. * Head phones or ear buds are not to be worn. * Clean non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in. Title: Busser (Front of House Team Member) Invitation: To love and serve people by helping maintain our dining room by pre-bussing and bussing tables quickly and efficiently. Qualification Standards: A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow Able to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves. Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required. Ability to follow directions exactly as expected. Ability to work fast, safe, efficient, and accurately for periods of up to 10 hours per day. Attention to detail. Mobility required during the entire shift. Ability to transport cases up to 50 pounds as many as 20 times per day. Ability to carry bus tubs full of dishes and miscellaneous items from the tables, throughout the entirety of the restaurant repetitively, for periods of up to 6 hours. Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers to self and others. Physical There are physical demands that come with this role.
