Beautiful Serrano Country Club in El Dorado Hills is looking for experienced Bussers, and or food Expos to complete our food and beverage staff. Not hiring seasonal hires at this time for this position. The ideal candidates will have a good attitude and a dedication to excellence. Self-motivation and the ability to multitask is important. SUMMARY
Sets and cleans dining room tables before, during, and after meal service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned whether or not in this job description, at any time, by the F&B Director or designee.
Supports the goals and objectives of the Company and in accordance with the Company's commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction, must have professional, service-oriented attitude at all times.
Follows safe work practices at all times.
Must adhere to schedule, report to work on time, well-groomed and wearing a clean uniform.
Serves water and bread as member/guests are seated. Maintains bread and water service throughout the evening for each table.
Assists servers in their tasks and with carrying food trays to tables.
Stocks server's station with supplies.
Sets upside station and performs assigned side work at beginning/end of each shift.
Removes soiled dishes and finished glassware from table; brings to dish washing area.
Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen.
Sets tables with polished silverware, glassware and clean linen.
Keeps tables, dining room, and bus station clean and orderly.
Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period; performs cleanup and closing duties as assigned by supervisor.
Keeps ice bins filled.
Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.
Attends all service staff meetings as requested by the F&B Director or General Manager.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Overall Responsibility:
Purple Cow bussers are responsible for ensuring a clean environment for guests and team members. Responsible for bussing tables, maintaining floor cleanliness throughout the dining room, ensure clean and sanitary restrooms throughout the shift and support the service team members in helping to provide “Outrageous” guest service. Purple Cow busser should have the ability to work positively in a high paced, team environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Maintaining a clean station
Overall cleaning of dining room and restrooms
Cleaning tables
Trash removal
Assist the dish staff

Purple Cow has been serving "The Young of All Ages" in Central Arkansas since 1989.
The Purple Cow is a 50s-style, full-service diner delighting customers with gourmet burgers, specialty sandwiches, delicious entrée salads and old-fashioned soda fountain treats. We serve ice cream from Arkansas' own Yarnell's Premium Ice Cream. Quality is key to us. All of our soups and sauces, most of our dressings and our award-winning cheese dip and chili are homemade.
We pride ourselves in consistently serving food of the highest quality. We are famous for our hamburgers and milkshakes, but offer much more, such as, specialty salads, grilled sandwiches, homemade soup, chili, and cheese dip, just to name a few. All of our guests receive Outrageous Service, meaning we go above and beyond to meet all of their needs. We provide all of this in a clean, organized, and FUN environment. Our ultimate goal is to give our guests a one of a kind experience that will leave a lasting impression, and encourage them to become a lifelong fan.
