Communicate with server and hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Use correct cleaning chemicals, for designated items, and company provided personal protective equipment according to OSHA regulations. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked. Be compliant with all local, state, federal laws and regulation including those relating to food safety. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED. Experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred. ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred. Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment. Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members. Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with customers and peers.
