GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB This job requires the Twin Peaks Janitor, Busser to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized. THE UNIFORM * Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent. * Hair must be kept clean. All hair must be kept underneath the TP hat. * Clean shaven. Beards & mustaches are allowed, but must be maintained. * Fingernails must be kept trimmed. * Jewelry is not allowed to be worn in ears, face, around the neck or wrists. * Head phones or ear buds are not to be worn. * Clean non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in. * Belt is required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of a Twin Peaks Hear of House Line Cook include, but are not limited to: * Adhering to uniform standards * Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant * Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment * Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times * Ability to work as a team * Train using tablets or computer * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Janitor Busser. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to communicate in English. Must be able understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training. Must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision. Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications. REPORTS TO: SERVICE MANAGER Our Busser - Service Assistants job functions include: Assisting Guests Communicates to the service staff any requests or needs of the guest. Helping Servers & Bartenders Sets-up and restocks service stations before, during and after service; restocks glassware, ice and other items needed for the bar. Assists service and steward staff in spot cleaning in dining room, as needed. Supports other Front-of-House positions as needed, providing a seamless Guest experience to all Guests. Clearing and Cleaning Tables Removes dishes, silverware, glassware and all other items when guests are finished with entrée course. Returns dirty dishware, glassware, utensils and linen to the dishwashing area; sorts items according to the decoy system, placing them in prescribed area for proper disposition. Clears all table items after Guest is finished and has left table. Resets vacated tables according to the procedures stated in the RCSH training materials. Maintaining a Neat, Clean, and Organized Service Area Must keep yourself and the bar area clean and organized, maintaining all sanitation standards. Performs all closing duties / side work before end of shift. Must be able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours. Must be able to follow a schedule and be punctual.

Maintain spotless dining areas, floors, and workstations so the restaurant always looks championship-ready. Set up and maintain sanitation stations, following all safety and cleaning guidelines. Learn the menu and support servers by suggesting guest favorites and specials. Ensure guests always have what they need-anticipate, smile, and deliver. Be flexible-help wherever needed, from trash and recycling runs to restocking supplies. Follow alcohol awareness laws and company service standards when assisting with guest needs. Stay guest-focused-every table turned and every smile delivered helps us win together. What It Takes Must be 18 years or older. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry trays or items up to 50 lbs. Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and a natural smile. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Comfortable taking direction, but also confident enough to jump in where needed. Can read and complete all training and safety materials in English.
