Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY
At San Pedro Fish Market, the Busser is responsible for assisting the wait staff by maintaining a clean and organized
venue for both guests and employees. This position requires a swift work pace, passion for participating in a great
guest experience, and cultivating return guests. All position responsibilities must be performed in accordance with

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Busser to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting our service staff, keeping the dining area clean, and assisting with food delivery and drink refills. Key Responsibilities:
Table setup and clearing: Quickly and efficiently set up and clear tables to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Assisting servers: Help servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and supporting other service-related tasks.
Dining area maintenance: Keep the dining area clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times.
Guest interaction: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with customers.
Trash area upkeep: Ensure the trash and disposal areas are kept clean and organized.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a busser or similar role in a high volume restaurant.
Positive attitude: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
