Responsibilities:
Maintain safety and sanitation requirements as per the Health Department and restaurant standards

A Day In The Shack
As the busser or runner at the Crack Shack, your primary responsibility will be the overall cleanliness of the shack. You will assist your fellow coworkers in ensuring a smooth day of service by cleaning and sweeping the dining room, resetting each table with full sauce caddies, taking out the garbage, stocking ice in the bar, cleaning the bathrooms, and stocking the bar.
When bussing tables, it is important to pre-buss tables. We do not want our guests to sit with dirty plates or glasses in front of them!
