Assist in the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and any additional equipment required for special events or private dining reservations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including ensuring that bussing stations are properly stocked with necessary supplies. Assist in the disposal of trash and recycling in accordance with waste management guidelines. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
