Salary: $16.77 - $25.97 Hourly Job Type: Regular Part-Time Department: COMMUNITY SERVICES Division: GOLF OPERATIONS The Dishwasher/Busser position is responsible for taking direction from the Chef to complete janitorial and support tasks for the front and back of house (FOH/BOH) operations. These tasks ensure tableware, utensils, cooking equipment, kitchen prep areas, and dining environments are clean and sanitary. Dishwasher/Bussers will assist in restocking and resetting dining areas for service. This position will receive additional compensation as a percentage of service fees collected on all sales, to be paid out on their paycheck bi-weekly. Service fees distributions will be determined based on the number of hours worked and total sales accumulated in the pay period. Service fees will be collected on both daily dining and group/special event dining.
