Bussers continuously do laps around the dining room cleaning tables, chairs, napkin holders, and the floor while taking the time to connect with our guests. It is important for the busser to be friendly and outgoing, so they can create connections with guests that entice them to return to our store time and time again. Bussers also assist in the clearing of debris off of plates, bowls, and cups so that they are ready to be ran through the dish machine. Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies: Must be 16 years of age or older. May be cross-trained to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
