GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB This job requires the Twin Peaks Janitor, Busser to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized.
THE UNIFORM
* Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent.
* Hair must be kept clean. All hair must be kept underneath the TP hat.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of a Twin Peaks Hear of House Line Cook include, but are not limited to:

Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training. Must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision. Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.

Job Summary:

Opening Fall 2025, the Omni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel is a 29-story hotel, located at 1850 Eisenhower Blvd, and connected directly to the Broward County Convention. The property offers 801 guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a vibrant rooftop bar, a sprawling pool, spa, and fitness center. The hotel will also have over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, 25 breakout rooms and pre-function meeting space with waterfront views.
To maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by ensuring quick, efficient, and professional Utility Attendant services.
Responsibilities
Perform all essential job duties according to Omni standards
Ensure compliance on attendance and punctuality standards
Follow all uniform standards
Properly set up and break down of restaurant
Ensure complete understanding of service standards

To deliver food and beverage accurately to tables and in a timely manner
