Focusing on Classic Chinese cuisine, the menu is created by Culinary Director Jacob Williamson and will focus on creating an upscale traditional Chinese dining experience using Texas sourced ingredients. Night Rooster will feature a cocktail program with a heavy emphasis on Asian whiskeys, International Wines, and Sake with an abundance of house made mixers and infusions. The interior is modern-Asian inspired, with a dark and moody 'Orient Express' atmosphere, with the exteriors contrasted with wood and Iron Ore brick. What we are looking for: Work with servers to ensure proper guest service. Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, accessories, and fold napkins properly. Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed. Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles. Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with server, hostess, and management to ensure tables are turned efficiently. Serve water, coffee, soft drinks, and refilling when needed. Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris. Perform other job-related duties as requested. Ideal candidate: Prior busser experience in fine dining preferred. Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs. Candidate must be at least 18 years old. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. This role is essential for maintaining an efficient dining experience and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Clean and reset tables promptly after guests leave. Assist with various cleaning assignments Assist servers by refilling water, delivering food, and clearing used dishes. Ensure availability of clean dishware and supplies. Help maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas. Communicate guest needs to appropriate staff. Support dishwashing as needed. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Ability to lift 20-40 lbs and stand for long periods. High school diploma or GED preferred. Busser The Busser plays an essential role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The ideal candidate is efficient, attentive, and committed to supporting the waitstaff in delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Table Maintenance: Clear tables of dishes, utensils, and glasses promptly and efficiently after guests leave. Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware for the next guests. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed. Dining Room Cleanliness: Sweep and mop floors, clean surfaces, and ensure the overall cleanliness of the dining room. Keep service stations stocked with supplies, such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments. Remove trash and clean up spills immediately to ensure a safe environment. Support to Waitstaff: Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables when necessary. Refill water glasses and assist guests with any requests during their meal. Communicate with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure efficient service flow. Qualifications: No prior experience required, but restaurant experience is a plus. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
