Job Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables, chairs, and dining areas throughout service. Assist service team with clearing dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and discreet manner. Reset tables with proper linens, silverware, and glassware according to fine dining standards. Refill water glasses, bread, and other guest accompaniments as directed. Support service staff with running food, delivering condiments, and restocking supplies. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas. • Clear tables after guests leave. Takes tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. • Wash all china, glass and silverware • Clean all equipment, pots and pans • Store all equipment in proper locations • Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen • Maintain a clean and safe working environment • Attend mandatory meetings. • Perform all assigned side work. • Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards. • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications • Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
