Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Spring, TX. The Server/Busser will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking drink orders, ensuring tables are clean and properly set up, refilling drinks, etc. They will also assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and supporting the kitchen staff as needed. At the beginning and ending of the day you will be responsible for the dishes and cleanliness of the dishroom.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, including the ability to interact positively with customers and handle inquiries and concerns
Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the kitchen staff and other team members
Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY WED-SAT avg. schedule 8-9 am - 5-6 pm

* Clean, non-faded and unwrinkled TP kitchen shirt worn tucked in.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a Busser / Janitor.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate in English. Must be able understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training. About The Position
Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean re-set tables within 3 minutes. Key Responsibilities
· Promptly clear tables, clean tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors between guest visits
· Remove used tableware between courses and replace as needed

· Wipe down or replace dirty tablecloths and seat cushions
