MFG (Market Fresh Gourmet) is a growing multi-concept restaurant group, currently with 4 restaurant concepts located Mishawaka, IN. Corndance Tavern, Bourbon and Butcher, Evil Czech Brewery and Jesús Latin Grill & Tequila Bar. Carnegie Library Special Events is our private event space seating up to 175 guests and is in the upper level of Jesús. Our butcher shop provides locally sourced meats while our commissary kitchen produces house-made products for each of our restaurant locations. The incumbent in this position is responsible for all activities pertaining to cleaning and maintenance of all food and beverage wares, kitchens, and service areas.
