The Busser is one of the most supportive roles we have in the restaurant. As part of the service team, they impact the guest throughout their whole experience. HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Assist Servers in providing the highest level of quality and service to our guests by being responsible for all preparation, interaction and steps of service needed to exceed guest expectations in the restaurant.
Assist in preparing restaurant for dining service by setting up section, including polishing and preparing items such as linens, silverware, and glassware before they go to the floor and assisting at setting them at the table.
Greet all guests and co-workers in a warm, personal, friendly manner.
Assist Service Team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests' meal, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
After guest has finished dining, prepare table by clearing and cleaning table and resetting for next guest.
