Job Description
Behind every great dining experience is a strong support team. As a Busperson/Food Runner, you play a vital role in keeping service running smoothly by supporting servers, maintaining clean and well-stocked service areas, and ensuring food is delivered promptly and accurately. Your attention to detail helps create a seamless experience for both guests and teammates.
Duties:
Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards.
Clean and restock buffet lines and service ware as prescribed.
Stock all service stations and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
Clear dirty table settings and transport tableware to the dishwashing area.
Promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and floors between seatings.
Assist food servers with table service and food delivery, especially during peak periods and large parties.
Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate needs to servers as required.
Coordinate with servers and host/hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned public and service areas.
Follow all company safety, security, and sanitation policies; report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; and complete required safety training and certifications.

Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree GED.
