Pleasant Mountain is looking for reliable and outgoing people to join our F&B team this winter in the role of Table Busser/Food Runner. The focus of this job is to provide superior guest service. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. Responsibilities: Meet, greet, and seat guests in various areas of restaurant while considering customer needs and server workloads Assist guests in order placement as needed Delivering food orders efficiently and in a timely manner Clear and sanitize tables for the next group of guests Dispose of trash and other waste Keep the restaurant stocked with adequate supplies, such as plates, glasses, silverware, and napkins Assist cooks, servers, dishwashers, and bartenders with various tasks as needed

Position Summary-Kitchen Expeditor To organize and properly prepare trays of food from the kitchen service line for server staff in Oxford Grill area. Job Qualifications Able to stand for long periods of time (4-6 hours). Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to be organized and calm in a stressful environment Essential Job Functions * Interpret food orders coming through kitchen printer from dining room * Organize orders for service * Prepares food trays from completed kitchen line items and organize on trays for service staff to serve * Prepares and serve appropriate side sauces with kitchen items * Keeps station and kitchen service area neat and organized * Keeps beverage service and food service trays neat, clean and organized * Maintains strict quality control on all food being served * Food is at proper temperature * Food is well presented * Proper accompaniments are in place with meals * Maintains server drop off and pick up areas of kitchen to make sure they are clean and functional. Looking to gain entry-level exposure and experience in the Food & Beverage industry? As a Busser on our Food & Beverage Team, you will help ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing support for Dining Room Servers. Responsibilities can include setting and resetting tables, serving food, clearing tables, refilling water glasses, carrying trays, stocking/cleaning dining and service areas and courteously interacting with guests. Work closely with Restaurant Management, Kitchen Staff and Food & Beverage personnel to help guarantee our guests a dining experience which exceeds their expectations.
