BUSSER Based in the West Loop area, our new cutting-edge design, The Texan Taco bar, is an up-and-coming Tex-Mex inspired cuisine that offers remarkable service with 2 floors of dining experience, including a patio and retractable rooftop overlooking Randolph Street. Our ideal busser will be responsible for resetting tables in a speedy, professional, and effective manner as guests leave the restaurant. Bussers are also responsible for the grooming of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, as well as supporting servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables. We are looking for passionate industry professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES Between settings, promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop Obtain service area assignments at the beginning of each shift Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring water to table Clear tables after guests leave.
