Sort all silverware, glassware and china by type at the dishwashing area, and in the appropriate racks and bins to avoid breakage.
Ability to operate all job related equipment to include but not limited to coffee machine, espresso machine, etc.
Continuously monitor every table and help with clearing, resetting and assist server with coffee service, iced tea or water as needed.
Clean out side stands removing water, coffee, tea, etc. at closing shift.
Fold napkins and reset the tables for service.
