Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized. THE UNIFORM * Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to communicate in English. Must be able understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training. Must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision. The Busser schedule includes split shifts: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and must work every other weekend. This position is paid an additional $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts! This position is responsible for supporting the Wait Staff team by restocking, bussing, and resetting tables, delivering food, completing open and close checklists, and keeping the dining areas clean and sanitary. The Busser will deliver superior service to residents and guests. In a busy sales period, bussers can increase productivity by quickly keeping the tables cleaned and re-set for waiting guests.
