SUMMARY: Responsible for setting up and clearing tables, stocking all service stations and assisting food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs): Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables; setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Folding napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply, restocking condiments, etc. Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies. Participates as a team member with Food Servers, Utilities, Cooks, Supervisors and any pertinent Company Employees in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of Customer Services. Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.
