Job DescriptionSA/BACK SERVERS: Back Servers at the Restaurant are the Servers main line of support and play an integral role in creating a professional, organized, and unique experience for all our guests. Essential Duties: Back servers are responsible for ensuring that all tables are properly set, unneeded items are cleared, settings for each course are set prior to the item(s) arriving, waters/coffee are refilled, and tables are cleaned and reset in a timely manner. This position is a high guest contact role and successful back servers take initiative and study all food and beverage menus to better acquaint themselves with our offerings and potentially answer questions guests may have. Throughout the shift, back servers will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, cocktail area, server stations, and specific back of house areas.
