Completes side job duties including but not limited to re-stocking side station with silverware, glassware, linen, etc.
Completes requisitions and obtains supply from storeroom with the approval of manager.
Removes extra place settings and take it back to the station.
Water service to the tables monitoring water levels repouring when the glass is less than half.
Serve bread and butter at each table as soon as they are seated.
Assist server with proper clearing of courses and special instructions.
Organize bussed dishes on service trays, separating china, silverware and glassware not allowing the service tray to become overloaded.
Sort all silverware, glassware and china by type at the dishwashing area, and in the appropriate racks and bins to avoid breakage.
Ability to operate all job related equipment to include but not limited to coffee machine, espresso machine, etc.
Continuously monitor every table and help with clearing, resetting and assist server with coffee service, iced tea or water as needed.
Clean out side stands removing water, coffee, tea, etc. at closing shift.
Fold napkins and reset the tables for service.
