This job requires the Twin Peaks Busser / Janitor to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of a Twin Peaks Busser / Janitor include, but are not limited to:
* Adhering to uniform standards
* Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
* Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
* Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Train using tablets or computer
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
* Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
THE UNIFORM
* Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent.
* Hair must be kept clean. All hair must be kept underneath the TP hat.
* Clean shaven. Beards & mustaches are allowed, but must be maintained.
* Fingernails must be kept trimmed.
* Jewelry is not allowed to be worn in ears, face, around the neck or wrists.
* Headphones or ear buds are not to be worn.
* Clean, non-faded and unwrinkled TP kitchen shirt worn tucked in.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a Busser / Janitor.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate in English. Must be able understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training. Must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision. Must successfully attend and complete any other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring chips and salsa to table.
Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
Clear tables after guests. Take tableware to dishroom and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
Between seatings promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.
Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server as needed.
Communicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
Thank guests as they are leaving
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Requirements
Qualifications:
No previous restaurant experience required.
Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
