Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period; performs cleanup and closing duties as assigned by supervisor. Keeps ice bins filled. Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur. Attends all service staff meetings as requested by the F&B Director or General Manager.
