A combination of experience and graduation from high school or equivalent is required. Three years of experience in general building maintenance and repairs required. Three years of experience in a multi-facility Maintenance Department preferred. Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, locksmithing, painting, heating and air conditioning, appliance repair-trouble shooting, hand tools, and testing meters preferred. Must be able to demonstrate through performance and/or experience. Must possess and maintain a valid PA driver's license. Must possess and maintain a valid PA driver's license.
