The pay and benefits were very competitive. The insurance and pay was not keeping up with the rise in inflation.
Very bad management. Not enough paid time off or value for working over time.
Restructure the entire management system.
I did not care for the ceo in the least bit. I preferred dered when Dan was the ceo.
They are competitive but not the best. They do not like to give raises so your starting pay will be your pay for a very long timm.
I really enjoy working with my coworkers and all the fun things we do.
My biggest complaint would be the treatment of employees. Some employees get special perks and promotions are given out very unfairly. There's lots of people that have left the company and it's very difficult to take time off without feeling guilty or getting overwhelmed when you get back. It's a very hard place to work if you have young children.
As a mother I like the health insurance plan they have for families.
Associates
Micromanagement, no follow through or integrity of management, from low level to the top, no empowerment to the point of passionate hard working people give up, advancements given to those who have a history of destroying moral, and driving away skilled associates.
