Job duties include moving and parking service vehicles as needed, communicating and providing superior customer service to service clients, directing service customers to the appropriate advisor, obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with check in process, retrieving parts and supplies, operating snow removal equipment, washing exterior of vehicles, and janitorial tasks to keep service drive clean and presentable. This position works both indoors and outdoors, in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive, standing and walking is required for up to 75% of work shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage patient check-in/check-out processes with professionalism and courtesy Schedule appointments using EMR system - Chirotouch Verify insurance coverage and benefits, including Medicare and other third-party payers Insurance authorizations Collect payments, copays, deductibles, and self pay.
