Summary:
A Certified Respiratory Therapist delivers respiratory interventions and support for patients with acute respiratory problems, as well as routine care for chronic respiratory disorders. They assist in the treatment and management of patients with common pulmonary conditions, such as asthma, COPD, and pneumonia. CRTs administer respiratory treatments, monitor equipment, and educate patients and families on the proper usage of respiratory therapies and devices.
Essential Work Functions:
Assist in implementing and adjusting patient treatment plans under the guidance of physicians or RRTs
Examine and interview patients with breathing and/or cardiopulmonary disorders
Perform diagnostics tests, such as measuring lung capacity or collecting blood/sputum samples
Administer respiratory treatments, including aerosol medications and oxygen therapy
Set up and monitor equipment to ensure the patient is receiving the correct amount of oxygen at the correct rate
Observe and record patient status and progress
Educate patients and/or family members on how to properly take medication and use equipment
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CRT practice

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist at St. James Hospital, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team, ensuring our patients receive the best care by:
Competent Services: Performing and documenting initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions. Developing plans describing a treatment strategy, its purposes, and its anticipated outcome. Plans often include exercise regimens at the clinic and at home to increase flexibility, strength, or endurance. Using various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling.
Documentation and Monitoring: Providing information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs. Helping to restore physical function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent permanent disability. Determining patients' ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness.
Communication: Promoting the mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abiding by service behavior standards. Communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers about patient needs and goals.

Scope

We are currently seeking an energetic person to join our team and perform the duties of the Energy Services Liaison. Through a respectful, constructive, and trauma-informed style guided by the objectives of the organization, the position plays an integral role in the delivery of Community Action programs. The successful candidate will be essential to the communication and coordination of energy-related services within the LIHEAP and Weatherization departments. The position works cross-departmentally to assess eligibility for emergency heat and weatherization assistance, receive incoming emergency heat loss inquiries, landlord and tenant education, schedule weatherization audits, and conduct outreach. Outreach activities include landlord and tenant education, community outreach, and other activities to enhance awareness of LIHEAP and Weatherization services available within the service area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will require a high level of customer service and excellent communication skills. The Energy Services Liaison works in a positive manner without judgement, making those we serve feel welcome and accepted throughout the process. Communicates with applicants, landlords, Action Inc. staff and the public clearly and pleasantly and consistently maintains a high level of professional decorum.
Other responsibilities of the Energy Services Liaison include, but are not limited to the following:
· Acts as a liaison between the LIHEAP and Weatherization programs, using effective, consistent communication with staff in those programs to ensure efficiency, accuracy, timeliness of work to and streamline workflow between departments.
· Receives, evaluates, and responds timely and appropriately to emergency heat assistance requests or inquiries.
· Assesses eligibility for emergency heat and weatherization assistance, calculates household energy burden, navigates landlord responsibilities, determines priority of audits and facilitates workflow.
· Schedules energy audits for qualified households including follow-up visits necessary to complete the weatherization job.
· In alignment with program policies, assesses individual household energy burden cost and assures all program staff and contractors are notified of the work to be performed. Completes follow up regarding the work to ensure completion in a timely manner.
· Maintains a continuous pipeline of eligible households by managing incoming approved LIHEAP applications, calls for service, emergency heat assistance requests, and management of the State priority list as directed Weatherization Manager and funder.
· Provides written and in-person client education and outreach regarding services available, landlord/tenant rights and responsibilities, health and safety considerations, and overall service delivery.
· Completes accurate and timely entry of data into required database systems to ensure accuracy and program file integrity.
· Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, files, and household information, pertinent to program design and ensures all files are in order as required by funding source.
· Works within a team approach to develop policies, procedures, and implementation strategies.
· Works closely with the program director to develop, implement, and evaluate continuous improvement projects that ensure the program is operating efficiently and effectively to elevate weatherization services and our program mission.
Requirements
The knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience. What you'll do as a Retail Sales Representative\:
Achieve and/or exceed sales, APSW, and gross margin budget for assigned stores.
Maintain positive relationships with McLane customers (store managers), Drivers, customer service, and peers within the RMS Department.
Ensure, on a periodic basis, all McLane ordered merchandise is dusted, fronted, priced, stocked, and rotated for business.
Perform schematic updates at the store level to ensure product is current and merchandise is updated.
Complete weekly recaps on sales, miles used, credits written, issues at store level and issues internally that affect the customer.
Perform store surveys related to space allocation, current product in the store and racks placement.
Service each store a minimum of 1 visit per McLane period.
Manage expenses and control service related costs.
Evaluate customer sales, APSW, and gross margin to maximize budgeted goals through the following activities\:
Review weekly order frequency, order size and concentration of purchases.
Review item selection versus industry/market/competition/season and make recommendations on item selection, plan-o-grams and promotional planning or distribution guidelines.
Communicate on an agreed upon frequency with storeowners through phone calls and onsite meetings.
Implement new business concepts (at the direction of the ASM/ISR) of McLane Company in assigned accounts that include\: SMC-online, VTS, Consumer Value Products (CVP), McLane technology solutions, and all McLane sales initiatives.
Participate in divisional projects to include seasonal load change communications and other projects necessary to enhance customer perception of McLane Company.
Understand the information and reports available to assist in managing their assigned account.
Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.
Continually meet assigned production standards.
Maintain a quality of work that limits mispicks, shorts and damages.
Follow directions.
Work independently and in a team environment.
Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of McLane and specific customers; work schedules may include working early mornings and overnight shifts in order to meet customer demands.

Stock all windows, cold boxes, coolers, shelves and displays in retail accounts quickly and efficiently as directed by the Delivery Helper Supervisor/Lead Helper/Driver.
Rotate product to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Effectively communicate issues and opportunities to the Route Driver/Lead Helper or Supervisor as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain a valid Montana driver's license and clean driving record
Does not abuse equipment and maintain company property such as Company vehicles.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS and KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous stocking/merchandising in grocery, retail, or beverage experience a plus.
Valid Montana driver's license and the ability to be insured under a company insurance policy.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, other governmental agencies, and the public as appropriate.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time (including bending, reaching, lifting, pulling, etc.).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and independently with good time management.
Understand and effectively communicate Summit Beverage's organizational mission and goals.
PHYSICAL and OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a minimum of four 10-hour days Tuesday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays. The shifts, end times, and total hours worked may vary depending on the season and amount of deliveries, sometimes exceeding 10 hours.
Seeing: Must be able to read and interpret documentation and use computer/tablet/similar office equipment. Must be able to see to drive. 75-100% of time
Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with employees and business contacts. Must be aware of environment when driving. 75-100% of time
Standing/Walking: 75-100% of time
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 50-74% of time
Lifting/Pushing/Pulling: Routinely 50-60lbs. Occasionally up to 165lbs. 75-100% of time
Grasping/Feeling/Hand Dexterity: 75-100% of time
Driving and Travel: 0-24% of time.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold, extreme heat wet and/or humid conditions while working and traveling between customer accounts. Employees may be exposed to continual movement or vibration while operating the company vehicle. The employee often works near moving mechanical equipment (i.e. forklift/lift gates). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
