My Team CEO's are Fair across the board, and are willing to let all people try new Avenues of Jobs if Necessary.

Everything at Butterball is Great!! I'm so Elated that My Job allows My Coworkers to talk to the management department about everything and not tell others!! Advancement is Encouraged and Butterball also Encourages Their Workers to Go Back to School to the Ceiling!!

There is not much do you like at first I was so excited to have a job. I thought that I could advance in. But now I realize since I don’t have any family working here, and I am Caucasian that will never happen.

The company offer employees $2000 bonus but only if you have worked 11 hours per day for 6 straight months
I liked how much I got an hour for having no high school diploma. And I had lots of hours.
