Additional Responsibilities
Dedicate 160-174 hours a month to the position of Program Supervisor:
Client billable: 100 hours with a monthly allocation of 130 hours.
Admin duties: 20 hours a month (incl. travel, source doc. meetings, pv forms, etc.).
Additional training and development: 20 hours per month (curriculum updates, training developments and implementation, marketing and outreach, etc.).
Create and conduct professional development workshops for tutors, PMs, parents and community.

What We Are Looking For
An enthusiastic Counselor who is a LMFT or LCSW with ABA experience working with children, youth, or adults with behavior disorders. Someone with a passion for helping to teach individuals living with autism or other intellectual disabilities how to talk, play, make friends and function independently. Someone who is available during 3pm-8pm M-F and Saturdays 9am -1pm.

What Youll Be Doing
Counseling responsibilities
Interview possible new clients via telephone or in person to begin psychotherapy.
Counsel individuals, groups, or families to help them understand problems, deal with crisis situations, define goals, and develop realistic action plans.
Develop therapeutic and treatment plans based on clients' interests, abilities, and needs.
Document patient information including but not limited to, session notes, progress notes, recommendations, and treatment plans.
Assist in an audit if/when applicable.
Refer clients to specialists or to other institutions for related non-counseling therapy.
Provide outreach speeches to educational institutions, hospitals, pediatricians offices etc. to solicit clients.
Counseling Billing Protocol:
If a parent requests a consult regarding the progress of a child and the consult will exceed 5 minutes, you will offer the parent one of the following options:
The parent can attend the last 10 minutes of a one-hour counseling session.
You can obtain an authorization for the parent to discuss the child.
The parent can pay $129 out-of-pocket for each hour of consultation.
Consults provided to other professionals (e.g. teacher) regarding the child are limited to 5 minutes (no appointment entered). If a consult will exceed 5 minutes, the client parent must pay $129 out-of-pocket for each hour of consultation.
Administrative interviews for new incoming clients will be limited to 30 minutes per incoming client.

What We Are Looking For
A collaborative Social Skills Facilitator will implement a plan that focuses on social skills development for children and youths with developmental disabilities. Social Skills groups usually consist of 2-8 kids per group split into levels. The groups run 12 weeks for each client and meet once a week for 90 minutes.

What Youll Be Doing
Complete social skills assessments as needed.
Run social skills groups based on lesson curriculum at least once a week until the completion of each client's cycle.
Respond to all communication (i.e., email, text messages, and phone calls) within 24 hours.
Communication with Parents: Return phone messages by parents in the group within 24 hours (i.e., questions regarding curriculum or attendance, cancellations - all other concerns should be directed to the Social Skills Coordinator (SSC) or Senior Program Manager supervisor if SSC is unavailable)
Communicate absences, no shows, sub facilitator, etc. to the coordinator within 24 hours.
Communicate the need for authorization extensions to your Office Administrator (OA) and/or SSC.
Keep track of completed sessions within the 12-week period along with their authorization.
Meet with the OA once per week (for approximately 15 minutes) to review clients current status and communicate necessary changes.
Review group lesson and have group lesson printed so it can be referred to if needed during session.
Prepare any necessary games or activities that will be used to contrive opportunities during prep time. Games and activities should directly relate to the sessions lesson.
Prepare the environment before session to make it welcoming and age-appropriate (e.g., change conference room setting for younger children).
Supervise clients at all times during instruction period.
Clearly state the lesson during each session for clients and provide examples through modeling.
Use appropriate prompting strategies to assist client with correct responding when needed.
Photocopy generalization homework for parents, and provide copies of generalization homework to parents at the end of each session.
Review generalization homework with parents and provide feedback on the clients progress at the end of each session in a separate area away from other parents (approximately 5 minutes per parent).
Prepare group data sheet, and take data on group data sheet during session.
Transfer recorded data from the group session to each clients folder (15 minutes per each No Pay status client).
Complete each clients progress report at the end of each 12-week cycle/per 3-month period (write narrative and calculate over- all attendance-30 minutes to one hour per client created as a green zero).
Submit each clients progress report at least 2 weeks prior to authorization end date. If the end date falls on a weekend or holiday, submit the report the prior business day.
Complete addendum reports as requested by OAs, coordinator, or Regional Center Service Coordinators (15-30 minutes per client created as green zero).
Edit and print Certificate of Achievement for each client graduating from the program. Present this during their last group date. (5 minutes as green zero for client)
