Ensures SIOP metrics are met, including On Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, Supplier Quality, and seeks to improve these metrics. Provides structured reporting system for inventory shorts with extensive root cause analysis Obtains and incorporates feedback on performance to plan. Other duties as required. Periodic Functions include: Creates and coordinates purchase orders and expedite orders with Suppliers as needed. Prioritizes incoming material for any needed testing and expedites any urgent material through the receiving/inspection process. Travel may be required (approx. up to 10%).
