We required a diverse range of skills to support our work in the markets that drive our business and welcome candidates from all backgrounds and life stages who are passionate about making a difference. **Position Overview:** The IT Human Capital Management (HCM) Technical Lead is responsible for collaborating with Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and other business function teams to streamline business processes, optimize the use of business information systems, and plan/develop/execute the overall HCM roadmap. This role will support ongoing system and solution enhancements and develop solutions to increase business process efficiency. This role will collaborate and lead initiatives with responsibilities including process improvement, design and development, testing and validation, user training, and documentation.
