    The BCBA is responsible for evaluation, creation, and implementation of ABA Therapy plans, accurate and reliable data collection, consultation, and training with family and staff. The BCBA will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and maintain therapy plans that address all behavioral and skill acquisition needs of the clients. The BCBA is responsible to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, have the ability to read, analyze and responds to inquiries or complaints from clients and effectively presents information to top management. Job Description Conduct initial evaluation to determine appropriate programming, frequency and therapy plan. Maintain a comprehensive therapy plan for each client; long range goals, short range objectives, activities related to these objectives and an evaluation of progress toward these objectives. Evaluate and prepare required reports as dictated by insurance parties per request from parents/guardians. Arrange parent meetings to maintain communication and training with the family. Maintain a minimum 10% direct supervision and a minimum 10% indirect supervision per week for each client. Clinical Supervisory Responsibilities Provide assigned targeted caseload hours per week of direct therapy, while maintaining timely professional documentation of clinical notes for direct patience care provided. Completion of documentation for all pre-authorizations, initial evaluations, assessments, insurance reports and progress reports. Qualifications National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Master's Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University. Completion of eight (8) hour online, competency-based training module on BACB experience standards preferred. Familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures. Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies.     Job DescriptionDescription: TITLE: Academic Interventionist ENTITY: Notre Dame Parish School, Denver, Colorado - Archdiocese of Denver THE POSITION: The Title-funded Interventionist serves as a part-time Tier 2 instructional specialist, delivering supplemental educational services to students in the areas of reading, language arts, mathematics, or other authorized instructional areas as defined by Title-funded regulations and FACTS Education Solutions. This role is designed to provide targeted academic support to students, enhancing their overall academic performance during the regular school day, before- and/or after-school, Saturday and summer programs. The Academic Interventionist is a qualified professional who meets the requirements to work in a Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Denver. The Academic Interventionist is hired by and directly accountable to the principal. Daily tasks are communicated by the assigned Teacher(s) and Director of Student Support. The Academic Interventionist is expected to abide by the policies and procedures of the local school, the Archdiocese of Denver, and the Office of Catholic Schools. The Academic Interventionist cooperates with the Principal and staff in providing an environment that promotes the ministry of Catholic education. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment that fosters academic success in reading, language arts, mathematics, and other designated subjects. 2. Provide supplemental instruction through pull-out models during school hours and, when applicable, before-and after-school, Saturday, and summer programs. 3. Implement and manage supplemental educational programs in alignment with Title I regulations, FACTS Education Solutions' policies, and contractual guidelines. 4. Analyze student assessment data to develop individualized learning pathways and targeted activities that support and reinforce classroom instruction. 5. Utilize digital tools, such as iPads, tablets, and laptops, to enhance instructional delivery through online lessons and interactive activities. 6. Compile and communicate student progress through pre- and post-assessment data, progress reports, and other required compliance documentation to school leadership, parents, and classroom teachers. 7. Establish and foster strong relationships with parents, creating a robust parent involvement program that encourages student engagement and academic achievement. 8. Collaborate with classroom teachers and school administration to build a strong professional community and ensure the integration of support services across the school. 9. Oversee the management and inventory of Title I instructional resources, ensuring that materials are effectively utilized and maintained. 10. Adhere to deadlines and submit all required compliance and reporting documentation to FACTS Education Solutions in accordance with communicated timelines. Education: • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. • Credential (permanent, provisional or temporary) preferred. Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a classroom setting or a comparable instructional role. • Experience working with English Language Learners is preferred. Competencies - Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: 1. Strong commitment to student success and the overall achievement of students, parents, and educational colleagues. 2. Knowledge of federal programs, policies, and procedures related to Title I services. 3. Proficiency in analyzing, monitoring, and utilizing data to assess and improve program effectiveness. 4. Technologically adept, with experience using digital tools for instructional purposes. 5. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve desired outcomes. 6. Capable of working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. 7. Skilled in developing and maintaining positive, professional relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities Direct Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings including our Centers, homes and/or schools. Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Follow the behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client. Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with the supervising BCBAs to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals and adjust intervention plans as needed. Behavior Reduction Techniques: Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques and strategies as outlined in the behavior intervention plan to address challenging behaviors. Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors. Parent/Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques and strategies in the home environment. Professionalism: Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis while maintaining client confidentiality. Documentation: Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes. Communication: Maintain open communication with the BCBAs, parents/caregivers, and other team members involved in the client's treatment. Qualifications Passion for working with children and helping others. High School Diploma or GED is required. Must meet all BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification. Ability to pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period. Must obtain and maintain required RBT certification through the BACB. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Physical requirements Physical capacity to move quickly and respond to potentially aggressive behavior and de-escalate situations with clients. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, running and/or sitting in order to interact with clients. Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds to assist with client positioning or mobility. Adequate vision and hearing are needed to work with clients and staff. Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment and other necessary tools. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to meet the physical requirements and perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
